Coronary artery interventional therapy is parenchymatous leap in treating coronary heart disease, form PTCA to stent insert, and the appearance of medicine smear layer Stent, which experienced three times development of milestone. ISR is always the important question that affects long-term result of PCI. To aim directly at ISR, people already try many methods, but can not get satisfactory effects. In recent years, the researchers discover ISR mainly dues to the damages of stent insert to endothelium, which causes endomembrane hyperplasy. More and more medicine of restraining endomembrane hyperplasy are applied to treat ISR. Recently investigations indicate that endomembrane hyperplasy after stent insert is concerned with overexpression of MMPs. The MMPs' increase makes the ECM degrdn greatly, this profits vascular smooth muscle cell move and multiply form endomembrane stratum medium to endomembrane, accordingly lead to ISR.Consequently restrain express of MMP-2 may degrade the rate of ISR, increase the effects of PCI, improve long-term survival rate of coronary heart disease patients. Objectives: Observe the affects of national Tirofiban on MMP-2 after transplanting stents in coronary heart disease patients. Explore the effects of Tirofiban to the In- stent restenosis (ISR) after trsplanting stents in coronary heart disease patients.Material and method: 1,Groups: Divide the patients who were...
