Effects Of Propofol On IL-1β,IL-10,IL-1ra Of Perioperative In Brain Surgery

【 Key words 】 Propofol;Isoflurane;Cytokines;Neurosurgical Procedures;IL-1;IL-10;IL-1Ra【Object】 To study the effects of propofol on IL-1β,IL-10,IL-1ra of perioperative in brain surgery and its mechanismof protecting the brain.【 Method 】 40 ASA Ⅰ -Ⅱ patients of both sexes (26males,14females) aged 36-67yr undergoing introcraniotomy withgeneral anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups ,isofluranegroup (I) and propofol group (P) , with 20 patients in eachgroup. In group P anesthesia was induced with propofol 1-2 mg/kg,vencuronium 0.1-0.15mg/kg, fentanyl 2-3ug/kg and muscle relaxantwas added when necessary. In group I anesthesia was induced with3%-4% isoflurane, vencuronium 0.1-0.15mg/kg, fentanyl 2-3ug/kg,madazolam 2-3mg and the end concentration of isoflurane wasmaintained in a level of 0.5MAC, muscle relaxant was also added whennecessary. Time was recorded before anesthesia, 2h, 4h ,8h afterexesion respectively to testify the concentration of IL-1β,IL-10,IL-1ra of perioperative in brain surgery,IL-10 andIL-1rawith the method of ELISA.【Result】 ①Both groups concentration of serum IL-1β weresignificantly increased and kept in a high level since 2h afterPropofol;Isoflurane;Cytokines;Neurosurgical Procedures;IL-1;IL-10;IL-1Ra...
