| Objective: Intertrochanteric fracture of femur is very common in senile patients and surgical treatment is the main method. The incidence of internal fixation failure was not eliminated because of osteoporosis and the shortcomings of implants. The ideal methods of these fracture are based on the combination of osteoporosis treatment and modified internal fixation instruments. To introduce an internal fixation of the latest for intertrochanteric fracture of femur, we called anti-sliding Gamma in this article. It relies on the design of the Gamma. It has the action of static compression and motive compression. What is more, this pressurization can be acting along two different sliding axes, which are truly vertical static-motive pressurization on the surface of intertrochanteric fracture of femur. This instrument can cut down the clinical healing period and decrease the treating failure of internal fixation. All of these give our satisfied clinical result.
