Objective: The severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a kind of common clinical acute abdomen. It not only initiates the local damage of pancreatitis, but also broaden general inflammatory reaction which is potentially risky and sometimes is complicated with multiple organ failure(MOF).Its pathogenesis is unclear, Which develop to the doctrine of cytokine network from that the pancreatic tissue is digested by itself. The body releases anti-inflamatory cytokine when it releases pro-inflammatory cytokine, There is a dynamic balance between the anti-inflamatory cytokine and pro-inflammatory cytokine. The body destroies the balance under the condition of pathology. Therefore it has important effect on the severe acute pancreatitis to regulate the balance of two kinds of cytokine. The objective of the study is to observe the regulation of IL-10 somatostatin to pro-inflammatory cytokine and anti-inflamatory cytokine in the severe acute pancreatitis, to study the possible theory and treatment. Methods: The animal experiment was adopted in this study. 120 SD rats of both sexes, weighing 300-350g,were random divided into 4 groups, each with 30 rats. Group A was control group. B was SAP group. C was SAP plus somatostatin...
