Objective: Oral and maxillofacial tumor is an important composition within tumor of head and neck. In our country, squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) is the predominant classification among oral and maxillofacial malignant tumour. At present, the best method against oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) is combinated therapy. But the first choice is operation. Because the region of maxillofacial is limited, the operator can not resect the focus of infection over the tumor edge 1.5 cm. At the same time, operation can cause facial dysmorphism, destroy the oral cavity function and psycho-health. So, how to minify operation scope, control clinical deuto-focus of infection and minute focus of infection is a problem to solve urgently. Over recent years, the effects of DC in tumor immunotherapy has been supported by increasing animal experiments as well as initial human trials with the development of in vitro DC inducing and amplifying technique, and DC has great potential to become a powerful weapon in tumor immunotherapy. APC (antigen presenting cells) and tumor cell conjugation can get cell coalesce vaccine and DC vaccine is generally for its conclusive therapeutic efficacy. In vitro study showed the induced maturation of DC was important...
