Objective: As one of three common treatments for malignant tumor, chemotherapy is an indispensable method. Although normalized therapy has been enforced in clinical practice, it still can not ensure the efficacy of individualized chemotherapy, and unreasonable therapy (such as excessive or blind chemotherapy) still exist. Therefore, it is very important to implement true individualized chemotherapy in clinical treatment of tumor. Techniques for testing the chemosensitivity of tumors are very significant to supervise individualized chemotherapy. In the past, chemosensitivity test mainly focused on a single drug, and combinated drug chemosensitivity testing were seldom reported, It is increasingly important to inhance the correlativity of drug sensitivity test, improve chemotherapy efficiency, decrease drug resistant and adverse reactions. The therapeutic effects commonly are evaluated by pathomorphology and the WHO criterion. It is an original essay to assess combinated chemotherapy action, which combined pathomorphology observation and tumor markers detection. We have studied the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on BCSG1 expression. Through neoadjuvant chemotherapy, expression of BCSG1...
