Objective: With the development of economy and society, the environment living of people has been changed complexity and making varied. The numbers of patients in cerebral trauma gradually increase, and cerebral concussion was frequently faced in clinical diagnosing and is 80 percent of cerebral trauma. Clinical situations of cerebral concussion are dizziness, headache, remembrance decrease, anxiety, depression, tinnitus, hearing decrease and so on. The debate about yes or no has been in the changes of clinical audiology. There are not fairly standards in the society guarantee, medicolegal expertise, solving dispute and so on. On account of the background, we made the experimental study about the changes of correlation audiology and cochlea's function in an animal model of cerebral concussion. To observe the changes of Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE), Auditory Brainstem Responses (ABR) and cochlea's function in different periods about the Wistar rats of cerebral concussion.
