Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, abbreviated to CAHD, falling into cardiodynia,"thoracic obstruction cardiodynia"category, is a clinic common, frequently-occurring disease. Nowadays, Chinese medicines, which can cure such kind of disease, are based on invigorating the circulation of blood and relieving bruising and assisted by aroma enlighten, regulating qi to alleviate pain, warming body and expel coldness. This task will distill, separate two kinds of Chinese medicines—angelica and Danshen Root injection which have curative effect on CAHD, and then filter their active elements with modern technology, what's more, combine these two elements to produce new quick-result pills. Next these pills should be done some research like: qualification, stability, theories of medicine and poison to find out the result in dilating coronary, increasing cardiac blood flow and improving resisting lacking of oxygen.This thesis has done much on the method of distilling in the two kinds of Chinese medicine―angelica and tanshinoneⅡA. It adapts the method of beyond critical point CO2 to extract its effective element—tanshinone, review temperature, pressure, flow of CO2. Then it drew the optimum method of distilling tanshinoneⅡA and compared it with that of ethanol hot circumfluence. Finally it proved that method of beyond critical point CO2 to extract is better than ethanol hot circumfluence. In this thesis the author used the method of ethanol hot circumfluence to see the density , quantity, times and time of ethanol to ensure the optimum extraction method ferulaic acid and compare the ferulaic acid stilled from angelica used water boiling, and...
