The Clinical Study Of Shuxuetong Injection Treatment On Primary Nephrotc Syndrome

Objective : To observe clinical study of Shuxuetong injection (puring material of shuizhi and dilong) on treating Primary nephritic syndrome, to investigate clinical effect of Shuxuetonginjection on treating Primary nephritic syndrome, provide objectiveunder on treating Primary nephritic syndrome.Methods: Clinical study gets asthenia of both the spleen and the kidney ? retention of water in the body adding blocking blood 68 cases of PNS, by order of clinic, we divide them randomly, 28 cases for the treat group , 30 cases for the control group. Basing simple therapy, the treat group coupled with Shuxuetonginjection and the control group coupled with Salviacmiltiorrhizacinjection , 2 months per course we compare the effect of two groups.Result: (1) The total effective rate of the treat group is 82.14%, the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%. Comparing with the expression of the Chinese traditional medicine of the two groups is significant on statistical analyze. (2) The treat group is better than the control group on reducing the production of proteinuria, promoting Albumin, reducing Cholesterol, making Coagulative system better, reducing the rate of patient being ill again, there is difference on comparing with the two groups.Conclusion: Shuxuetonginjection coupled with general basic therapy can promote the clinical expression obviously, reducing the rate of patient being ill again. Using drug continually has no side effects, it is worth of clinical practice aroud.
