| Background and Purpose:Peptic ulcer severely endangers human's healthy and affects quality of human life. As the investigation on secretion function of parietalcell and defense function of asstric mucous membrane cell develops, anti-peptic ulcer medicine has been greatly upgraded from the medicine of anti acid spasmolysis to the medicine with capability of restraining gastric acid secretion function of parietalcell and intensify parietalcell defense function. The protor pump inhibitor( PPI) restrains gastric acid secretion function through restraining protor pump(H+/K+ -ATP enzyme). Lansoprazole is the compand of Fluoro-benzimidazole. It is the second PPI. The purpose of this experiment is to study pharmacokinetics of home-made Lansoprazole (Yangzijiang Pharmacy Pte Ltd of Juangsu), so as to make prior investigation for its coming into the market. The plasmatic concentration of home made Lansoprazole by means of HPLC were examined. Investigate the pharmacokinetic parameter of home made Lansoprazole were investigated.Methods:1.Development of HPLC method for the determination of plasma concentration of Lansoprazole. There was no interference from endogeneous substances in plasma. The linear range for Lansoprazole was 0.05～2.0μg/ml, the minimum quantitation limit was 0.05μg/ml, the within-day RSD was 1.4%～5.4%, the between-day RSD was 1.5%～7.8%. The method developed by us was in accord with the requirements of samples assay.Six healthy volunteers as subject of the investigation were given a single oral dose of test.
