Human leukocyte antigen(HLA)gene complex, the most complicated and polymorphic inheriting system in human gene groups, has been discovered to be associated with more than 500 kinds diseases. HLA polymorphism decide to the individual difference of the immune response and the disease susceptibility. Currently, heredity and immunity are close associated with tumor. So, researches of scholars both home and abroad study the correlation between each kind of cancer and HLA. However, it is seldom seen that the comprehensive analysis about correlation between all kinds of tumors and HLA. This research aims at finding come sensitive gene locations of HLA-DRB1,DQB1 locus by detection of polymorphism of HLA- DRB1,DQB1gene, so as to prove the correlation between tumor and some of HLA- DRB1,DQB1 gene, thus laying some scientific basis for disclosing the mechanism, immunopathology and its relationship with immunology as well as laying some experimental ground for genetic diagnosis .Subject: Tumor group consists of 29 pathology diagnosed tumor patients ready for surgery, Han nationality Northerner , without radiotherapy and chemotherapy, among with there are 16 males and 13 females ,the average age is 57±9 , mainly include Lung cancer, Stomach cancer, liver cancer, rectum cancer, carcinoma cancer, without autoimmune disease and disease like hypertension, diabetes, kidney malfunction and heart disease. Samples for HLA gene control group, provided by Dalian Central Blood Bank, Han nationality Northerner, have...
