Background and Objective:Liver cancer is the fifth most common solid tumor worldwide, also the third cause of death in the field of cancer. Among the approximate 500 thousands of new increasing cases, 80% of patients come from developing countries. And China is one of the highest countries of liver cancer's incidence and mortality. During the development and metastasis of tumor, most of solid tumors to a certain extent depend on tumor angiogenesis. Currently, the search and discovery of new tumor endothelium markers specifically expressed have been new hotspot in the field of cancer research, in view of the important key of tumor angiogenesis in development of cancer and the roles of endothelium in tumor angiogenesis. By a new technology of"The screening tumor-related antigen gene by functional monoclonal antibody library", our study is to research the monoclonal antibodies of anti-liver cancer endothelial cell , the screening and identification of established functional monoclonal antibody library in vitro and vivo, and primary determine some molecular weigh of functional proteins recognized by functional antibodies.
