Objective Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis is similar to alcoholic steatohepatitis in pathology. Its morbidity is rising year by year, and studies showed that it may be an important reason of cryptogenic cirrhosis and progress to hepatocarcinoma, but its pathogenesis is not distinct. It has been considered that oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation may play a key role in the pathogenesis of NASH. At present, drug treatment has not therapeutic effect on NASH in clinic. Model rats are established with high-fat diets, detecting the level of oxidation and anti-oxidation and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα) and expression of peroxisomal proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ) dynamicly and treating with the compound of Chinese medicine (CCM)and microbial pharmaceutics(MP) separately, observing the influence of oxidation and anti-oxidation system and TNFαand expression of PPARγof liver tissue of the experimental NASH rats and further to explore mechanism of their preventing NASH.Methods 1.Establishment of animal model and collection of specimen 80 male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned into 8 groups (n=10)after fed with normal diet for 1 wk. The rats fed by normal food served as the controls. The rats in model groups (Ⅰ,...
