Short-term Efficacy And Effects On Platelet Function Of Triple Antiplatelet Drug Therapy After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Background and Objective In recent years , coronary stenting was rapidly developing,and widely applied to coronary heart diseases,which can alleviate symptoms,improve life quality and prognosis for coronary heart disease patients.However,early or late stent thrombosis and restenosis after stenting would result in recurrent angina,myocardial infarction and even death. Drug treatment was essential to prevent the above events. Platelet avtivation and aggregation play a crucial role in intrastent thrombogenesis , therefore , antiplatelet therapy was of great importance during periprocedure and a long period of time after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
