Distraction osteogenesis (DO) is alao named endogenesis tissue engineering. As a new method, DO has especial predominance on treating maxillofacial malformation and trauma But with the widely spreading of this method , some problem about DO was appeared, especially for IAN and TMJ. How to influence IAN and TMJ are still dubious. Most of the studies were care about the influence on IAN and TMJ under the specifical phase or specifical rate. In order to getting a all-ground and dynamic result under the different phase and different rate, we design this experimentPart I: In this experiment , we studied the influence of Chromotrope 2R-Brilliant green Staining by EDTA decalcification to notarize if it is scientific to use Chromotrope 2R-Brilliant green Staining in the latter experiment 6 rabbits were distributed stochastically into 2 groups. After osteotomy of the junction of mandibular body and ramus, setting the distracter, and 5 days' latency, distraction was managed to lmm/day, twice a day for 10 days. Animals were sacrificed for investigation of radiography and histology. We got the new bone with nerve in it of DO side and 15mm nerve endo-ramus the other side as specimens. The specimens of 1st group were only immerged in stationary liquid for 48 hours. The specimens of...
