Study Of Conditioned Medium From Keratinocytes Before And After Differentiation Effect On Proliferation And Collegen Secret Of Fibroblasts In Vitro

Objective: To comform the cytokines secreted by keratinocytes and study the influence of cytokines on proliferation, collagen secret of fibroblasts. To investigate the effect of keratinocytes on the fibroblasts and measure the cytokinesbefore and after keratinocytes differenciation.Method: Firstly ,The conditioned medium , collected from cultured keratinocytes, was added to the fibroblasts. The MTT,ydroxyproline coloricmetric method and flow cytometer , were employed to measure the cell proliferation , collegen secretion and change of cell cycle.
