Bonding technique played an important role in treatment of oral diseases. Dentin bonding was always the emphasis and difficulty of bond area because the special structure of dentin. Adhesives improved greatly the bonding effect, but improper way would decrease bond strength. The application way of adhesive was focused when the research was progressing.Dentin adhesive has produced the sixth generation, and etching, primer and adhesive are all in one. It was easy to operate, but some researches displayed that the fifth generation of adhesive had higher bonding strength than the sixth. Single bond known as total-etching adhesive was representative in the fifth generation of adhesive, which was widely used and had steady bond strength. It needed acid etching alone, and that cost more clinic time. Shall we retrench time in clinic based on the premise of assuring bond strength? ESEM was used to observe bond interface, LRS to analyze the depth adhesive filtered dentin and MTBS test to determine the final bond effect. We compared dentin bonding interfaces and micro-tensile strength with different brush ways of adhesive Single bond 2 and Adper Prompt to offer a reference to clinic application of the adhesive. The main findings of this study were as follows:...
