In recent years , a new disease has been discovered and named " Fatal bacterium granuloma after trauma " by department of dermatology of Xijing hospital^[1,2], and identified that the pathogen was propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) ^[3]. P. acnes is always regarded as one of the major pathogenetic factors of acne.
