In recent years , a new disease has been discovered and named " Fatal bacterium granuloma after trauma " by department of dermatology of Xijing hospital[1,2], and identified that the pathogen was propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) [3]. P. acnes is always regarded as one of the major pathogenetic factors of acne. And in some cases such as trauma or operation , P. acnes can also cause infections of brain[4], cardiovascular system[5], bones[6]and other positions, even is relative to non-infectious diseases such as shunt nephritis of solitary kidney [7], sciatica[8. Innate immunity plays an important role in the immune response against bacterial infections. Mononuclear-macrophage is the major immune cell in the early stage of infection, and it kills bacterium mainly with reactive oxygen intermediate(ROI), reactive nitrogen intermediate(RNI), muramidase, defensins and acidification of phagosome.
