An Experimental Study Of Dog Liver Injury And Recovery After Semi-liver Alternate Radiotherapy And The Effect That Traditional Medicine Affect On It.

Objective Recently,there was a littile clinical report about liver widespread metastatic and primary pervasive cancer home and aroad. In the past time because of the limit of radiate technique , there was no application of semi-liver alternate radiotherapy . Recently we have got a firt result by combining the semi-liver alternate radiotherapy with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on the patients,and comparing with the trandional medicine.But radiation-induced liver injury was a serious complication to affect radiotherapy and prognosi of radiation disease. There were two correlation disease with radiation-liver injury:radiation-pneumonia and radiation- pulmonary fibrosis. The former could result in the later,and case death for liver failure. There were no effective measure to prevent and cure it. To explore the experiemental basic cause and the change of radiation-induced liver injury and recovery and the relation of time and dose,so that get the best accepted dose.In addition , To observe the effection...
