With the development of military technology and modernization of armed forces, long-range attack ability of every country was made progress. Compared with conventional weapon, destructiveness and lethality of explosive weapon were much more grave. Therefore, in modern war explosive injury has become primary cause of spinal column and spinal cord injury .Explosive injury and routine injury of spinal cord have different mechanism, so they should have difference in pathology and therapy. Now few people research on this field, and related theory and method of treatment was too fell behind to fit for requirement of explosive injury of spinal cord under modern war. So, the objective of this thesis is that to research pathological change and early remedy after explosive injury on spinal cord, to provide certain knowledge for clinical treatment, to decrease disability and strengthen fight ability of armed forces.1.
