Morphologic Study On Forign Somatic Nerve Reinnervation And Synapsis In The Pelvic Ganglia Of The Artificial Somatic-autonomic Reflex Pathway～2

Objective: to positioning the foreign neuron and distinguish the new artificialpathway.Methods: The artificial somatic-autonomic reflex pathway rat model was established.The tetramethylrhodamine(TMR) was injected into the major pelvic ganglia to applyretrograde tracing at the sixth month postoperatively. After that, we detected theretrograde neurons at L4 segment after 3 days.Result: we observed the retrograde neurons in the anterior horn of the left L4segment.
