Hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA) is a cancer of the bile duct that located in the common hepatic duct and/or the right and left hepatic ducts including their confluence .It is the most difficult type of cancer of bile duct to be treated. Now there hasn't clear causal agent for HCCA to be identified. It is only nonspecific symptom include weight loss, abdominal pain ,and occasionally fever in early period of HCCA. Most patient was found only when jaundice had occured. But in this phase tumor usually infiltrating vessel, nerves, and liver near it, at the same time the prognosis is poor.Tumor marker is a kind of bioactive compound or antigen caused by abnormal expression of gene of tumour cell. We can't detect it in normal tissues except tumours. The platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) have been recognized since the late 1970s as important factors regulating embryonic development, differentiation, cell growth and many diseases including malignancies. The PDGF has been classified as a member of tumor marker. The expression of PDGF in normal tissue cell was regulated strictly, but many studies have showed the expression of PDGF or PDGFR(platelet-derived growth factor receptor, PDGFR) were abnormally high in tumour tissues. PDGF was bound...
