Objective: To evaluate the clinic value of two-dimension echocardiography (2-DE) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) diagnoses and locating the infraction related arteries (IRA).Methods: Retrospectively analyze the ECG and 2-DE of 183 coronary heart disease patients. 1. Appraise the differences of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value in AMI diagnosis. 2. According to the coronary arteriongraphy results, divide the samples into three groups: left anterior descending artery (LAD) group, left circumflex coronary artery(LCX) group, right coronary artery(RCA) group, and analyze the accuracy of 2-DE in prediction and locating IRA according to the regional wall motional abnormality. 3. Measure the length of residual normal myocardium in antero-septal basal and assess the value in judging the infarction site of LAD. Meanwhile compare the value with the ST segment elevation in aVL lead. Results: 1. In AMI diagnosis, the 2-DE's sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value are 100.00%,87.80%,96.69%,95.65% and 100.00%; the ECG's are 89.83%,94.29%,90.85%,98.15% and 73.33%. 2. In IRA prediction,...
