Expression Of NYD-SP6 Gene In Testiculars Of Azoospermia Patients And Normal Man Of Different Age

ObjectiveNYD-SP6 was a novel human testis-specific gene,it was identified by Key Lab. of Reproductive Medicine of Jiang Su Province. In our previous study, the gene was highly expressed in testis and NYD-SP6 protein that was one of PHD zine finger family was located in nucleus . We studied the expression of NYD-SP6 gene in testiculars of azoospermia patients and normal men of different age to discuss the important role in testicular development and spermatogenesis .It may provid an new method to diagnosis and treat infertility. MethodThe specimens of different age were divided into three groups: fatal group (n=4), adult group (n=4) and old men group (n=4); Patients were divided into three groups also: Hypospermatogenesis(n=7), Spermatogenic arrest(n=13)and Sertoli-cell-only (SCO)syndrome(n=3).All of the specimens of azoospermia patients were got by biopsy .The expression level of NYD-SP6 gene were measured by Real time RT-PCR.
