Experiment Study Of Autologus Pericardium In Dog Subdermal Implants Model

Objective To deal with the dog autologus pericardium in variability way,then observe the change of them.In dog subdermal implants model, the change of pericardium tissue was observed,and the autologus pericardium related with the periphery tissue and calcification. The autologus pericardium which use in clinic will find the better way to deal with .Methods The dog autologus was taked away after the dog was anesthetized in trachea cannula.The pericardium was divided to three parts.One was fresh pericardial tissue,another was treated by GA for thirty minutes,the other was treated by distilled water for thirty minutes.After bathing by PBS,the pericardium was implanted in dog subdermal. We observed the change of the autologus pericardial tissue four months ago, relation with the autologus pericardium and the periphery tissue.Through the HE ,we observed the microtexture. Calcium content was measured with plasma absorption spectroscopy. By contrast, the fresh pericardium and the periphery tissue was observed through HE and calcium content was measured with plasma absorption spectroscopy.The groups were eight dogs.
