Objectives To study the related microneurosurgical planning and morphological basis for the genesis of cerebral venous diseases and provide timely angiographic diagnosis for cerebral venous diseases accurately, microanatomical features of bridging veins and its venograms obtained by digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and CT venography(CTV) were observed and the correlation between them were analyzed. Methods 1.the cerebral bridging veins were divided into four groups: superior saggital group, supratentorial group, sphenoidal group and posterior fossa group, then 30 cadaveric specimens (60 sides) were dissected to observe the bridging veins according to the aforementioned grouping. 2.12 corrosion casts of fresh fetal human cadavers were used to observe the bridging veins. 3. Cerebral angiograms of 36 patients who underwent DSA and 15 patients who underwent CTV without cerebral venous diseases and damaged veins were obtained to investigate the bridging veins. Results 1. Superior sagittal group ①Anterior to the coronal suture was a segment of superior sagittal sinus(SSS) void of bridging vein draining into, whose posterior end was a mark as coronal suture on the venograms. the length were 49.16±20.34mm in microanatomical measurement,48.2± 18.4mm and 57.5±16.2mm on the venogram obtained by DSA and CTV respectively, ②microanatomical dissection showed the bridging veins enter SSS directly or joined the parasagittal sinuses which empty into SSS, the parasagittal sinus was normally flat and irregular in shape, the bridging veins emptied into SSS underneath venous lacunae and nearly all the bridging veins (96.4%) entered SSS from the posterior to the anterior at the middle section of SSS, entering point of bridging veins into SSS can not be localized precisely on the venogram. ③the...
