| Part IThe dynamic changes of cerebral blood flow in different acute brain injuryObject: To investigate the dynamic changes of cerebral blood flow in patients with hypoxic-ischemia encephalopathy following cardiopulmonary resuscitation and traumatic brain injury .Methods: The Transcranial Doppler was employed to measure the parameters of cerebral Blood Flow, that is ,systole peak velocity (Vs), diastole end Velocity (Vd), mean blood flow velocity (Vm) ,pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), in the middle cerebral artery in the control, TBI and CPR-HIE groups, And noninvasive intracranial pressure(nICP) was calculated. Meanwhile, obererved the changes of these parameters in the first, third and fifth day following their admission, and compare the changes in every group .Results: In comparison with the control group, Vd and Vm were obviously decreased, while PI and RI were obviously increased in HIE groups (P <0.05). As for the TBI group, all parameters was higher, but only RI(P <0.05) was different from the control group. In addition, there existed significant difference between the TBI and HIE groups in Vm,Vs and Vd (P <0.05).Conclusion: Cerebral blood flow decreased more clearly in HIE than TBI and so did the cerebral vascular resistance raise. |
