bjectives: To observe the efficacy of No. I Decoction of FengHua in decreasing the vaginal hemorrhage after the medicinal abortion and shorting the vaginal hemorrhage duration, investigate it' s mechanism.Materials and methods: 90 patients were randomized into three groups with 30 in each: After administration of misoprostol in the three groups, treatment group was given No. I Decoction of FengHua, Control group treated by Decoction of ShengHua, Blank group was given nothing. Vaginal bleeding volume, vaginal hemorrhagic duration were mainly observed, and in the same time , dynamic monitoring of urinary human chorionc gonadotropin(HCG). On the other hand, 8 cases were given No. I Decoction of FengHua one hour later after taking mifepristone, when villus-mass removed, comparising the villus-mass with that of blank group by histopathology methods.Results: The total score on vaginal hemorrhagic amount of treatment group was less than that in the control group (P<0. 05), and made markably significant with blank group (P<0. 01) . The vaginal hemorrhagic duration in treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0. 05), markedly shorter than than in the blank group (P<0. 01) .The excellence rate of vaginal hemorrhage durationg in three group made no significant difference (P>0. 05) . The total effective rate of blank group was obviously less than that of the other group (P<0. 01) .while was no significant difference between the treatmen group and the control group (P>0.05) .The inefficiency rate of blank group was evidently higher than that of the other...
