Clinical Study Of Antipyret Damp Dispel And Reinforcing Kidney In Treating The Dampness-heat Retention Spleen Of CHB

Objectives:For regulating the immune function of CHB patients,kidney tonify herbs seems so much important.The topic beginning with the detection of virology,amynology,biochemistry,and so on,will approach the curative effect of antipyret damp dispel and reinforcing kidney and sieve the utility medicine for damp-heat stagnating in the spleen.MeThod:Sixty-four patients of CHB were divided into two groups by syndrome difference of TCM,OB group(32 cases) and CG group(32 cases).Two groups were treated by routine treatment(RT) and integrated TCM(IT),but only OB group was treated by tonifying kidney,with one month coures of treatment.Through measuring the patients'ALT,AST,TBIL,B Chao of liver,virus replication index,immunity index etc in two treatments before and after,observting two treatments in front and back each index sign and certificate integral calculuses change,and comparing the treatment in front and back machine immunity function appearance.Results:(l)The levels of ALT,AST,TBIL in the patients of two groups curing in front and back the difference showed obviously(P<0.01); two treatments did not show the obvious difference behind(P>0.05).(2)The levels of IL—2 were lower in the patients of two groups than normal value(P<0.01),but the levels of post-treatment were higher than normal value obviously.And...
