The paper is composed of two chapters:(1) Fifteen typical species differed from each other in evolution—Escherichia coli , Bacillus subtilis , Methanococcus jannaschii , Plasmodium falciparum and Human etc are statistically analyzed. Two types of information-entropy in word domain and frequency domain are respectively defined, in addition, Modified Log Deviation-to-Mean and Log Deviation-to-Mean (DTM) in word domain are defined too. The relation between above-mentioned variables and window-size k is analyzed. At first, the result that a universal relation among studied species exists between the frequency of k-mer and k(2-10) in latest research is proved with new point of view. Secondly, To obtain the information of genome's form and evolution, compared with the frequencies of k-mer in random sequence, It is found that a good linear relation exists between the information-entropy in word or frequency domain and k.
