Objective : 1.To obtain hippocampal formation and relative structures' digital photos from the thin cross section of normal Chinese male adult corpse's head which paralleled with canthomeatal line by means of making "digitized visible human" , observe and research their shape, establish their digitalized visible 3-D reconstruction model ;2. contrast hippocampal formation and relative structures in normal Chinese male adult' s 3.0 T T1WI MRI and their digital pictures in correspondent cross section of normal Chinese male adult corpse's head, to locate the main part of hippocampal formation in magnetic resonance images and determine a geometric representation of its boundary for diagnosis and surgical operations treatment.Materials and methods : Adopt the head of one normal Chinese male adult corpse which have been soaked in 10% formalin more than 2 years, acquired its TlWIand T2WI SE series MRI to determine no traumatism and disease in head, fix and embed it, then make it freezing; mill it with the SKC500 computerized mill machine which precision is 0. 001mm(interval is 0. 2mm), take digital photographs one by one with Canon EOS 200 digital camera (8. 2 mega pixels) of each cross section which paralleled with canthomeatal line; pick out one digital photos from each 25(interval is 5mm) and contrast with correspondent 3.0T T1WI MRI of one normal Chinese male adult; then make three-dimensional computer reconstruction model of the hippocampal formation and relative structures' from these data using photoshop7.0 and 3-Ds Max7. 0 on PC.Results: acquired the 3. 0T T1WI MRI of one normal Chinese male adult' s head which paralleled with canthomeatal line; acquired the digital photographs from the thin cross section of one normal Chinese male adult...
