| Objective:The aim of this investigation is to investigate the anti-corrosion of different dental casting alloys, so that we can make sure which factor could affect the anti-corrosion of dental casting alloys. The analyse could provide theretic basis for the clinical application.Methods:1. Dental alloy test pieces were made by casting , among them, 16 test pieces were Ni-Cr alloys and 8 ones were gold alloys. Eight Ni-Gr test pieces were selected for gold plating. The Ecorr values and polarization curves of these test pieces were tested in artificial saliva. The test pieces were put in artificial siliva with amalgam. Six months later, the Ecorr values and polarization curves were tested again.2.The patients who accepted porcelain-fused-to-metal crown(PMF) or fixed bridges were selected. Six months later, the crowns and fixed bridges were observed through gingival index(GI), plaque index(PLI) and gingiva atrophy.Results:1. In the first measure, the Ecorr values of gold alloys were the highest. The Ecorr values of most gold-plating test pieces were higher than Ni-Cr alloy pieces, but two of them were reverse. |
