| Objectives: The present study was carried out as a pilot study to examine the plasma TAFI:Ag and TAFI:A concentration of the health adults approved by coronary arteriongraphy, then discuss their reference value range along with its changes among the patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD). In the meantime, to analyze wheather the plasma TAFI level is related to the pathological lesion of coronary artery and the established risk factors for CAD. With the help of relevant documents , further to analyze the clinical significances of TAFI in treatment of CAD .Methods: There are 40 healthy adults as controls and 60 CAD patients in the study , all of the people were approved by coronary arteriongraphy .The plasma levels of TAFI:Ag and TAFI:A were examined respectively with enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay (ELISA) or chrimato-substrate assay (CSA) , Then to compare the results between controls and patients ,and do also in the subsets. The degree of pathological lesion in coronary artery is reflectied with lesion rami or Gensini s integral, meanwhile the risk factors for CAD are divided respectively into positive and inpositive groups, so as to estimate the variations between these corresponding groups. Results: The normal mean of plasma TAFI:Ag is (72 + 31)%, reference value... |
