Objective: Systemic lupus erythematosus is a multi-systems, organs functional damage diseases characterized by immune disorder of causing excessive antibodies generation, unusual complement system activation, pathological immunization composites deposition. Autoantigen caused inflammation response and ultimately led to the organization of injury, the monocyte soaked into in this kind of inflammation response may have played a kind of key effect. The migration between blood vessel and organization of leucocyte depends on the chemical factor partly. The chemical factor is produced when react to different signals by the cells of different types, such as : tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin 1, gamma-interferon, bacteria lipopolysaccharide, platelet derived growth factor, low-density lipoprotein qualified by oxidation and immunization composites. Monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) is β chemokine, it is considered to cause the monocyte and T lymphocyte to assemble in the acute inflammation reaction, it may be a kind of important medium in the chronic inflammation reaction in addition. In fact, someone has already proposed that MCP-1 may have caused the inflammation of...
