This paper studied the antitumor activities of Naja atra venom (NAV)Serum of rat and mouse in vivo & vitro. The researches on the antitumor activities of Naja atra venom Serum of Rat in vitro revealed that the growth of K562,H22,B16,SGC-7901,ECV304 cells were inhibited by Naja atra venom Serum of Rat in dose-and time-dependent manner. NAV inhibited the growth of mice implanted solid tumor U14 and S180 in a does-depend manner. The percent of inhibition of tumors exposed to the NAV for nine days was 94.31%,78.29%,27.05%,88.48%,80.12%,70.48%.The cytotoxic effects of NAVSR on K562,H22,B16 tumor cells lines cultured in vitro were determined with trypan blue dye exclusion test method and growth curve method. The cytotoxic effects of NAVSR on SGC-7901 and ECV304 tumor cells lines cultured in vitro were determined with SRB test method and growth curve method . Immuno diffusion of agarose to Validate NAV was absorable by per os.NAVS induced significant growth arrest in various tumor cell lines cultured in-vitro and effectively inhibited in-vivo growth of mice implanted solid tumor of U14 and S180 for nine days.
