Partâ… Analysis the apoptosis-related gene in K562 cells after the treatment of STAT5 decoy ODNsObjective Constitutive activation of STAT5 has a close relationship with the malignant behavior of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cells. This part is aimed at the profile of apoptosis-related genes in K562 cells treated with STAT5 decoy oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) by using cDNA microarray technique.Methods Total RNA was extracted from K562 cells before and after the treatment of decoy ODNs. Two cDNA probes, labeled with Cy3 or Cy5 fluorescent dyes, were synthesized via reverse transcription, and hybridized with human 14K cDNA microarry. Differential gene expression profiles of decoy ODNs group and control group were analyzed by Genespring software on the scanning data.
