Extraction Sepapation And Purification Of Angelica Polysaccharides And It's Mobilization Function On Hematopoietic Stem Progenitor Cell

OBJECTIVE: The character of APS will be different with different separation and purification .Different molecular weight of APS will be different pharmacological action. Though some studies about polysaccharides have been reported, we have used a method that different from traditional method to extracted, isolated and purified and gained an APS,which are neutral polysaccharides. We have assaied the content of APS and studied the Infrared spectrum character , and the effect of APS on the number of WBC and LC in peripheral blood of mice .So that provide theory and experiment foundation for further study APS mobilization function on hematopoietic stem progenitor cell.METHODS: We have used a method that different from traditional method to extracted APS.
