Objective: To enhance survival rate and purity of primary cultured hippocampal neurons by improving traditional hippocampal neurons culture method, study electrophysiological properties of the cultured neurons.Methods: Neonatal rat hippocampal neurons were isolated and cultured in the serum-free B27 supplemented culture media.
