Objective The technique and strategy of proteomics was used to differentiate and identify proteins secreted by mouse hepatoma cell line H22 and normal mouse hepatocyte, and search different proteins between them.Methods Mouse hepatoma cell line H22 and primary normal mature mouse hepatocyte were cultured in serum-free medium.
