Objects:With the aging population increasing, the prevalence rates of Alzheimer's disease have increasing gradually. The psychological and financial burdens laid on the patients, their families, and the society have been heavier than ever before . If the disease diagnosed early, and given certain treatment, AD prevalence rate could be reduced greatly. Along with the electrophysiological examination development, ERP was playing more and more vital role in appraisal intelligence. It had good objectivity with the diagnosis of intelligence barrier disease. Because pathogenesis of AD was complex, massive inflammation medium and cell factor participated into it. Many previous studies proved the expression of MMP-9 were elevated in postmortem brain tissue from AD patients .
