The injury of peripheral nerves is the common and frequently-encountered one of orthopedics diseases currently. After the peripheral nerves are hurted, the sufferers usually have severe symptom and the possibility of recovery completely is comparatively small. As a result, the sufferers'living quality will be influenced directly. In the last several decades, the research on the regeneration and rehabilitation of injured peripheral nerves has been very active and its genic treatment was also started and already obtained certain results. Among those studies, quite a lot are based on the same object that is, the influence of NTFs( neurotrophic factors) to the regeneration of peripheral nerves. NTFs are some kind of albumen biomacromolecule, which have different sources but similar functions compared with others. The functions of NTFs are to protect the existence of neuron as well as promote its growth. NTFs mainly exist in the peripheral target organs and other structures controlled by nerves such as muscles, sensation effector and distal nerves cord. These NTFs in structures are obtained by the nerves twig and reach nerves cell...
