Objective To investigate the relative parameters of temporalbone structure of the surgery of cochlear implantation. Methods1.1 Material: Learns from wet head specimen, 20 ears of 1 Oadult body examples soaked in formalin, among which, there are 8 ears of 4 feminine examples and 12 ears of 6 masculine examples. Measure tool: The imitated stapes measure instrument, compasses with long needle, divided precision 0.02mm vernier calipers, surgical microscope, electric drill and conventional surgical instrument of otology.1.2 Method:1.2.1 Experiment Process:Simulating the surgical procedure of cochlear implantation, open facial recess between facial nerve and chorda tympanic nerve, expose round window and oval window, then open cochlea underneath 1.422mm to round window and open second cochlea turn underneath 1.338mm to spoon tuber, finally, enter tympanic scale .1.2.2 Main Observation Indexs:Distance between stapes and the cochlear base turn. Distance between stapes and round window . Distance between the cochlear base turn and round window. Distance between stapes and second cochlear turn . Distance between stapes and cochleariform process . Distance between the second cochlear turn was and cochleariform process. Distance between vertical...
