The microemulsion technique was performed to make the Podophyllotoxin S olid Lipid Nanoparticle as transdermal delivery system.And the properties ,prep aration technology ,permeability were studied on this dosage form. The prescri ption of the surfactants and the lipids were optimized with orthogonal design.T he skins of the rats were used as the cutaneous barries to study the influence of stearylamine on the permeability of POD-SLN and to evaluate the permeabi lity of various podophyllotoxin preparations.The results indicated that the POD-SLN possess positive zeta potential,with the great benefit for the permeability of the drug though the skin.This study included the following four parts: 1. Study on the preparation technique of the POD-SLN 1.1 The influence of surfactants on the POD-SLNThe choice of surfactant or surfactant mixtures at the suitable concentrationcontributes to the characters of solid lipid nanoparticles. It was found that themixtures of Brij 78 and phosphatidylcholine were the most effective stabilizerfor POD-SLN dispersion compared to F-68,Myrj53, F-68 and phosphatidylcholine, Myrj53 and phosphatidylcholine,Brij78.When the concentration of Brij78 and phosphatidylcholineis was 5%,the concentration of POD (0.25%) in the SLN...
