Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor and the second principal cause of cancer deaths in women worldwide, and the incidence rate has the tendency to increase. The lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis of breast cancer often occurred in early stage. Up to now, there were no satisfactory therapeutic measures except for operation, which affected the women's physical and mental health seriously. Therefore, an urgent topic confronting most medical science workers is to find an economical and effective therapy of breast cancer, which can be widely used in clinic. In recent years, with the knowledge improvement of tumorous molecular pathology and quickly development of DNA recombination technique, gene therapy has been the hot spot of study on all kinds of tumor. Especially the suicide gene therapy has been considered to have highly potentiality for clinical application. Which brighten the patients who are suffered from advanced stage, recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer. There are many kinds of suicide gene system in study at present, but we are not satisfied with the curative effect of single suicide gene in clinic application. Many scholars are dedicating themselves to the study of double functional fusion suicide gene system. Because of the widely research...
