OBJECTIVETo analyze retrospectively the manifestations and the effect of anti-fungi in 240 patients with hematological malignancies complicated with invalsive fungal infections (IFI); to detect the difference of the CT images between bacterial pneumonia and fungal pneumonia; and to explore the significance of GM test in the diagnosis of IFI.METHODSAll the inpatients with hematological malignancies of hematology department in Nanfang hospital from Jan. 1995 to Dec. 2005 were involved in this research. The incidence of IFI and the spectrum and variance of fungi was analyzed retrospectively year by year, also the high risk factors, manifestations, symptoms and the effect of fluconazole, itraconazole, and Amphotericin B of each case were studied. The differences of CT images between patients in research group and in control group were compared, and the coincidence of value of ZI and the diagnosis was analyzed.
