[Objective ]1. To evaluate CT scan in the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections in patients with leukemia, and its importance to guide empiric anti-fungal therapy at earlier period.2. Clinic, pathology and CT findings of pulmonary complications by graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. To evaluate the CT scan especially the high resolution CT scan in the diagnosis of pulmonary complications by GVHD.3. To evaluate CT scan in the diagnosis of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) in patients with leukemia, and its value to guide empiric therapy at earlier period.[Materials and Methods]1. We retrospectively reviewed our hospital's medical records and radiologic charts of 136 consecutive patients with leukemia, who underwent chest CT and demonstrated parenchymal abnormalities. Among the 136 patients, the definite diagnosis of Invasive fungal infections was available in 51 patients.
