Background From the initial stage of the 1990' s, laparoscope has come to be used in urinary surgery. Because organs of urinary system are all in retroperitoneal space, retroperitoneoscpy showed more superiority than laparoscope for without diabasising peritoneal cavity. It can reach retroperitoneum directly, so it has little damage and disturbance to the patients. It were widely used in urinary surgery for the patients were quickly recovered and little opportunit for suffuring abdominal cavity organs infection and damage, and the tumor cells dissemination. As the laparoscope, retroperitoneoscpy demands continuance carbon dioxide perfusion to maintain the operation interspace during the operation. The influence of respiration, circulatory system and hemodynamics because of the rising pressure of retroperitoneal space and the absorption of carbon dioxid has been paid close attention extensivly, but there are no systematizational reports on the changes of hepatic function and renal function on internal and overseas literatures。Objectives To observe the changes of hepatic function and renal function before and after the carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum, to study the mechanism of artificial carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on hepatic function and renal function during...
