Studies On The Preparation Of Chemical Reference Material And Extracting Procedure Of DanShen Injection Powder And The Quality Standard Of DanShen Herb

DanShen Injection Powder is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine powder for intravenous injection from DanShen after a series of protocols of extracting, purifying, spray drying (or freeze drying) and sterilized packing. It's effective for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with the symptoms of congestion, tingle in the chest, angina, or palpitation. The main material used in our study is the spray drying DanShen powder before sterilized packing.Firstly, the extraction, separation and structural identification of DanShen Injection Powder were performed to get Sodium Salvianic acid used for the qualitative and quantitative analyses. We also identified it by its physical and chemical property, as well as chromatographic characteristics. At the same time, seven compounds (Tanshinone I .Tanshinone II A, Crytotanshinone, Protocate-chualdehyde, Protocatechuic acid, Isoferulicacid and Ros marinic acid ) were separated from it.Secondly, on the basis of chemical constituents study, the extraction process of DanShen Injection Powder was improved changed from water extraction→75% alcohol precipitation →85% alcohol precipitation to water extraction →60% alcohol precipitation→macropore adsorption resin→recovery of washing liquid and elution→85% alcohol extraction (recovery I )→80% alcohol washing liquid (recovery II )→mix (I) (II) together.
