The optimum extraction process of flavonoids from glycyrrhiza roots was studied by orthogonal design and Silica-gel column chromatography was used for separation and purification .The optimum condition of methanol extraction : 8times amount of methanol and extracted 3 times, 1.5 hours one time ; Furthermore, the content of isoliquiritigenin have been detected with the high performance liquid chromatography method. The content of isoliquiritigenin was 90.06% ± 1. 35 , The extracted rate was 5. 33% ± 0. 36.A liposome preparation method called thin-film dispersion method was adopted to prepare isoliquiritigenin lipsomes in this paper. Disperation of magnetic force milling and ultrasonic method was studied. In order to find the optimum component of isoliquiritigenin lipsomes, a orthogonal experiment design was carried out.The quality of isoliquiritigenin lipsomes was evaluated ,The results showed that isoliquiritigenin lipsomes prepared in this thesis were regular and well distributed with a mean diameter of 311±46nm, a zeta potential of -46.0mv, an encapsulation efficiency up to 54.60%±2.55.Results of the stability experiments indicated that isoliquiritigenin lipsomes could be kept stable at lower temprature and full of N2 air, while there were no remarkable changes except encapsulation efficiency failed appreciably.Absorption kinetics and the absorption mechanism of...
