Objective: This paper tries to apply the contrast-dedicated ultrasound technology and the transvaginal sonography technology to discuss the feature of microvascularization perfusion of sonovue and its possible clinical application in gynecologic diseases. Method: 40 patients diagnosed as adnexal masses and 40 patients as uterine lesions are examined with technologies of B-mode abdomen sonograohy, transvaginal sonography and color Doppler examinations. After the injection of the contrast agent sonovue into the elbow vein, observation is made on the microvascularization perfusion of the adnexal masses and uterine lesions. The whole process of examination was stored in discs for its images with estimation of the audio-video pictures, the classification of circulation patterns of blood and the comparative analysis of the final results are made.Results: (1) After the injection of the enhanced sonographic agent of SonoVue into the veins in 40 cases, for both benign and malignant tumors, the number of visible blood vessels increased in the color frame, but classification of the number blood vessels for malignant tumors becomes more obvious after the injection of SonoVue (P<0.01). (2) After the injection of the contrast agent SonoVue into the elbow vein in 40 cases, signals of blood circulation and summit are seen in shorter time in the malignant cases than in the benign ones,the malignant cases compared with the benign ones are marked difference ( p<0. 01 ) . (3) After the contrast agent sonoVue, signals of fibroids and uterine endometrioma in color Doppler examination are increased, and the blood circulation pattern of fibroids is of network, and the uterine endometrioma is of dots and short lines. (4) After the contrast agent sonoVue, fibroids present themselves as fast progress and fast retreat, while the uterine endometrioma as slow progress and slow retreat, fibroids compared with endometrioma are marked difference ( p<0. 01) . (5) After the contrast agent sonoV ue of endometrium lesions, signals of color Doppler examination are not evidently increased. (6) After the contrast agent sonoVue, signals of color Doppler examination in patients of cervical cancer increase. Conclusion:Using the contrast agent sonovue, it is easy to show vessels of pelvis masses with the number of malignant masses increasing and being observed in a shorter period of time, and therefore it is used to distinguish the malignant masses from the benign ones. It can show the features of microvascularization perfusion of fibroids and uterine adenomyoma, and can be used to distinguish fibroids and uterine adenomyoma that can not be easily done by B-mode, thus providing authentic data for clinical treatment.And also it can used to prognose the blood perfusion after the radiotherapy and chemotheropy of malignant masses, and therefore estimate their effect of treatment on masses.
